Structure Of The Team And Their Roles

Augusto joined We the People four years ago as a Content Creator. He now leads the content-creation team as Content Creation Manager, a progression that reflects both the quality of his work and the breadth of responsibility he has earned.
He turns strategy into social-first ideas, scripts, shoots and edits, directs creators and ambassadors, and uses platform data to improve performance. His role now extends well beyond production. Augusto is a highly capable project and client manager who plans complex programmes, coordinates contributors and internal specialists, protects delivery standards and gives clients clear, confident counsel.
He is the named Project Manager and day-to-day lead for Enterprise Ireland’s Education in Ireland Student Ambassador Programme, following central roles across the previous three programmes. He also leads key work for Visit Roscommon and Safefood. Clients recognise his expertise, seek his advice and trust his judgement, while colleagues look to him for creative direction, platform knowledge and calm delivery.

Augusto’s career is defined by deliberate reinvention and rapid growth. He left a legal career in Argentina, won an Irish scholarship through a content-creation competition and moved to Ireland to build a new profession. He developed his own TikTok community to more than 227,000 followers and 3.2 million likes, learning first-hand how attention, storytelling and audience behaviour work.
He brought that creator instinct into We the People and expanded it into leadership. His promotion from Content Creator to Content Creation Manager recognises his command of strategy, production, optimisation and team development. He has also become a trusted project and client manager, consistently growing the Roscommon County Council account through strong ideas, reliable delivery and evidence-led consultation.
His commercial contribution is equally significant. Augusto led the successful retender for Enterprise Ireland’s Education in Ireland account, retaining We the People’s longest-running client as the relationship entered its sixth year. He has strengthened his business-development skills across further tenders and helped bring several competitive submissions over the line.

The “A Day in Ads” series alone generated 596,000 impressions and 589,000 plays.

Why Are You Deserving Of Team Of The Year

Augusto has the rare combination of creator instinct, analytical discipline, operational control and commercial judgement.
