Structure Of The Team And Their Roles

Sixtwo Digital's paid social team is small and deliberately structured so that every part of a campaign, strategy, creative, targeting, budgeting and client relationship, sits under one clear owner rather than being split across silos.

Colm Hanratty is Director of Strategy and leads the team, overseeing everything from creative direction and targeting strategy to budget management and client liaison, so every campaign is built with a single, consistent strategic view rather than pieced together department by department.

Aisling Conlon is Account Manager. She builds and manages the ads themselves, compiles the weekly performance reports that keep clients informed and acts as the main day to day point of contact for client liaison.

Hannah Casey is Content Creator. She shoots original video content on location for campaigns and optimises footage and existing assets into the different cuts and formats each platform needs.

Jessica Arkins is Account Executive. She designs all campaign graphics and logos, giving every campaign its own distinct visual identity rather than relying on templated creative.

Four people, four clearly defined roles, one shared strategy. That structure is what allows the team to run genuinely bespoke, closely managed paid campaigns for every client rather than a one size fits all service.

Give Examples Of Your Content Creation Process

A quick snapshot of campaigns built together.

Bridgestone: paid activity across Meta, using audience segmentation and creative testing, cutting CPC 33% year on year, from €0.30 to €0.20 per click.

Cultivate: Meta lead generation, refreshed through ongoing form optimisation, keeping qualified leads flowing.

Win a House in Cobh: an eight month paid campaign across Meta, Google and TikTok, using granular ad sets and creative testing, raising €1.6 million from around 43,000 tickets at a blended ROAS of 8.19x, Ireland's most successful single club GAA house draw.

National Breast Cancer Research Institute, Swim in Pink, Walk in Pink and podcast campaigns: run across Meta and TikTok on structured testing and precise pixel tracking.

National Breast Cancer Research Institute, Win a BMW: in its eighth year, Meta campaigns using custom audiences built from engaged users via videos and social channels.

Croí Night Run: Meta activity, built on geo-located campaigns and interest based testing, helping sell out Croí's Night Run on Salthill Prom.

Croí Win a Volvo: in its sixth year, running on Meta, raising over €300,000 annually for people affected by heart disease and stroke.

Croí Big Heart Car Draw: a new car draw advertised on Meta and TikTok, launched November 2025, drawn February 2026.

Different sectors, one team, every campaign built on audience strategy and creative.

How Are Your Measuring Success Reach Links Traffic Etc

Success is not measured the same way twice, the metric always matches the actual goal of the campaign, not a generic scorecard.

On fundraising campaigns such as Win a House in Cobh and the Croí car draws, the primary measure is funds raised, tracked through to individual online transactions and conversions, so every euro spent can be tied back to a euro raised.

On lead generation work such as Cultivate, success is leads, genuinely qualified ones rather than simple form fills, tracked and reported to the client on an ongoing basis so quality can be judged as closely as volume.

On traffic focused campaigns such as Bridgestone, the measure is clicks and clickthrough rate, since the objective there is driving qualified visits to a website rather than a single conversion event.

Reach, impressions and engagement sit underneath all of that. They are reported on every campaign, but read as supporting context for how a result was achieved, not treated as the result itself. Huge reach with no conversions, leads or clicks behind it would not be judged a success by this team.

Every campaign above was planned, built and delivered by the same four person team.

Why Are You Deserving Of Team Of The Year

Four people. That is the entire team behind every campaign in this entry, yet the results sit alongside agencies many times the size.

Most of our clients are not corporations with marketing budgets to match. They are charities, community groups and sports clubs run largely by volunteers. Win a House in Cobh funded a GAA club. Croí's Win a Volvo and Big Heart Car Draw fund support for people living with heart disease and stroke. The National Breast Cancer Research Institute's Swim in Pink, Walk in Pink and Win a BMW campaigns fund cancer research. Both charities have grown their results with us year on year rather than plateauing after one good campaign.

Because so many clients rely on volunteers rather than paid staff, this team works around their schedule, not the other way round, covering weekends and evenings when a client needs it, not just office hours.

We do not just supply media buying. Strategy, creative, copy and reporting all sit inside this same four person team, which is why clients describe us as part of their own team rather than an outside supplier. Small team, real relationships, results that genuinely change outcomes for the people these organisations exist to help.
